The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is pleased to announce that the 2026 Patient-Family Conference will be held from July 10-12 at the Westin O'Hare in Rosemont, IL..
During registration, you will have the option to choose whether you would like to attend in person or virtually. If you choose to attend virtually, only the sessions on Saturday will be streamed live. In-person attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the full Friday-Sunday experience. Applications for these funds must be received by CAF absolutely no later than Wednesday, May 1st. You will be notified by Wednesday, May 15th, if they can assist you.
Non-U.S. patients and families may attend in person but must contact CAF and should not book travel until they have received confirmation from CAF directly. Because this Conference is geared toward thalassemia care in the United States, information presented may differ from information provided in some other countries.
Please note that the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is unable to assist with international travel arrangements.
