2026 Patient Family Conference Registration is OPEN
The Cooley’s Anemia Foundation is pleased to announce that the 2026 Patient-Family Conference will be held from July 10-12 at the Westin O'Hare in Rosemont, Chicago, IL.
During registration, you will have the option to choose whether you would like to attend in person or virtually. If you choose to attend virtually, only the sessions on Saturday will be streamed live. In-person attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the full Friday-Sunday experience.
All in-person and virtual attendees should register by June 10! We’re very excited to see you all!
